Steve: Welcome Back! I am your host Attorney Steven Leahy and this is the IRS Radio Hour on AM 560 The Answer.
Jimmy: I’m off every time. It’s that wonderful time of year when we all get together, spring has sprung. I Don’t think that’s English.
Rocky: And now here is that man with a head just crammed full of knowledge, Mr. Know-it-all.
Jimmy: That’s right. Mr. Know-it-all is back on the air and this time Attorney Leahy, Uncle Steve, if that is your real name. We have a question from a young Kile Blanis out of Mundelein Illinois, and the question is “I heard you have video of your show. How can I see them online?” I am reading it that way because he wrote in crayon and it is really bad hand-writing.
Steve: Generally people who write in crayons don’t have tax problems.
Jim: He drew a picture of you and me too. Look at it, little stick figures. Do you like that?
Steve: Beautiful. Beautiful. OK so, as many of our listeners know that we record, that we video this show every week.
Jimmy: I am waving into the camera.
Steve: We have a pod-cast. Every week I write an article for our blog segment.
Jimmy: Blog.
Steve: I have been searching for a way to put this out there. So most people when they have an IRS problem are going to go to google and they are going to google it in there:
What is an Installment Agreement?
What is a Currently not Collectible?
And so, what I have tried to do is to come up with a way to put this all together that makes it a logical
Jimmy: Really?
Steve: A logical way that you can get informed about how all this works. Because this is kind of complicated stuff. And I know that. That’s why…
Jimmy: I have been trying to take notes.
Steve: That’s why you have to hire someone to help you.
Jimmy: Yeah.
Steve: Because it is complicated stuff. But most people do a lot of research before they decide you they want to hire, or if they want to do it themselves. A lot of people can’t hire any body and they want to do it themselves. And so, I went out and found a way to come up with a logical, practical form to present all of our videos. We have been on the air for about a year, almost a year, and we have a lot of videos out there. I have videos about foreclosure and how that works.
I have videos about bankruptcy and how that works.
And I have a lot of videos about the IRS, this is the IRS Radio Hour after all. And so, we put these videos on a platform, the platform is called the Ultimate Guide to IRS Solutions. On this page, if you go to IRSRadioHour.com, it will take you to this page. Now, you will have to sign up. It is a membership page, but it doesn’t cost anything. All you have to do is go there and gives us your email and sign up and register.
Because, I want to make sure .. this is a membership site. It is kind of where a lot of people go … it is the kind of the same platform that is used to teach people things, different things.
Jimmy: Is it like AOL instant messenger.
Steve: No. It is not like AOL.
Jimmy: Oh. Can I get your screen name?
Steve: So, it is a membership site. If you go to IRSRadioHour.com, it will take you to a Registration Page, and you register. Once you register, then there is a whole host of … we have more than ten, I think we have more than 15 videos on this page. You can get a lot of questions answered.
So, if you have a question, for instance, What are the 6 things you can do if you owe the IRS money? I talk a lot about that on this show. Not only do I tell you those 6 things, but then we go through each and every one individually and explain what each on is:
What is an installment agreement?
What is an offer-in-compromise?
We also have, we talk about compliance a lot on this show and there is a video that talks about IRS Compliance.
Jimmy: And this is all on the web site?
Steve: That’s all on the web site.
Why is compliance important?
How the collection process works. What you should expect. So, it has a list. Here, this is the first letter the IRS is going to send you. This is the second letter the IRS is going to send you. Then, what to expect in the whole process. I have a video: The three things you must never tell the IRS. You never want to lie to the IRS. Again, all of this is out there.
And we have some bonus sections:
Four things you should Know if you have unfiled tax returns.
Can a hobby be a business? We talked about that on this show.
Nine red flags for an audit.
And we will constantly update the site. Not only does it have the video, but it also has my blog post. If I wrote an article there will be a link, right there. You click right there and up comes the article.
Jimmy: So it is like an IRS Haven.
Steve: It is. It is the Ultimate Guide to IRS Solutions.
Jimmy: The Ultimate Guide..Guide..Guide
Steve: To IRS Solutions. Again, so not only do I have the article there, there is video there, there is a link to the pod-cast. So if you want to hear it through the pod-cast, you can go to the pod-cast. I will also have a downloadable PDF, and that PDF will have all of the links to all of this also. So you can get it off line and you can read it off line and, again, there will be a link to the video,
a link to my article, a link to the pod-cast. So, it is all there in one place. You don’t have to search all over the place. Our web site, ChicagoTaxTeam.com, I have been trying to come up with a way. It’s all on there, but is not in a logical way. It kind of goes on the dates we put it out there and I don’t always go in order. This will put it all in order and make it logical for you
to see it. Again, it is on IRSRadioHour.com and you will be able to find all of this good information.
If you have any questions about it – you can see a lot of information here, you can get a lot of your questions answered. You should call me at 312-664-6649. Go on this web site at IRSRadioHour.com or visit us on our other site at ChiagoTaxTeam.com.
Jimmy: Thank you Mr. Know-it-all. And Debbie, make sure you write down that young boys address, we are going to send a helicopter, a little electronic one. Now stay tuned Ladies and Gentlemen we have some more fun stuff coming at you, right after this commercial break.
