April 9, 2014 by admin

Steven A. Leahy

The Truth about Voluntary Tax and IRS Tax Protester in Chicago

If you receive an “IRS Notice & Demand of Payment” from the IRS and you don’t pay the tax bill, you have 10 days before the IRS can begin the process of placing a lien on your property.
If you don’t respond to the “Notice & Demand of Payment”, the countdown to a lien begins.

You’ll start receiving more IRS Notices.

Including….
• Pub 594, What You Should Know About The IRS Collection Process.
• Letter 501 (balance due reminder).
• Letter 504 (balance due urgent notice).
• Letter 1058 (final notice intent to file NFTL right to appeal).
• ACS Letters LT 39 Reminder Notice or LT11 Final notice.

If you have received any of these IRS notices then you need professional help immediately.
You need to act fast or a tax lien could ruin your credit and make it so you can’t sell or buy a house, buy a car, sign a lease or get a new credit card.

And the worst part?

A lien is just the beginning before even nastier IRS tactics start.
These include wage garnishment and property seizure.
Your troubles my have just begun if you’ve received a “Notice & Demand of Payment”.
And they will get worse if you don’t do anything about it.

If you’ve received an IRS Notice & Demand of Payment or are in trouble with the IRS don’t let things get out of hand. Call Opem Tax Resolution – The Law Office of Steven A. Leahy, PC (312) 664-6649. Call Now to schedule your FREE 1 hour Consultation!
